Little update...

Well Scott has been home just over a week now. I must admit I am still finding it strange that I can text, call and even see him now. It is all very exciting. Although I found the downside to all of this...on Saturday my mom decided to message him and notify Scott that I had forgotten to take my vitamins the night before. OK honestly, who remembers every single day???? This was probably my second or third time forgetting to take them this entire time! I think I am allowed a slip up or three. Well Scott then sent me a text asking why I had not taken my medications... oh goodness... then I started to feel a little guilty. But I said I was sorry and promised to try really hard to remember from now on. I think all was forgiven. :) I guess I wont be able to get away with anything now...

Well last weekend when Scott was visiting with me, my mom decided to take him to one of the baby stores we visit. She picked up this outfit and showed it to Scott. Scott looked up from his phone and with the straightest face, I have ever seen said NO, and went back to his phone. (The outfit was green camouflage pants with the green camouflage shirt that had USMC on it) My sisters and I had started to laugh hysterically. I was impressed. Most people would have never had the courage to say no to my mom. I hope this means he is comfortable with my family now. I think this is a good thing. :)

The baby is becoming very active now. I am still amazed every time I see and feel this little guy move. Although I am not amused with his new "favorite hang out". Apparently my rib cage is the most comfortable for him. I have had suggestions that I could actually push him down, and move him...well he definitely has a stubborn streak to him. (I admit I am stubborn...but so is Scott...team effort?) But no matter how much I try to move him, he moves right back to the same spot. I still am not a fan of the kick count sheet...but I will get over that.

Time seems to be going by pretty fast now. May is just around the corner...
