Dear B,
3! So much has changed for you in the past year. We moved again. (3 Homes in 3 years) You went to Disneyland for the first time. You got your first real pet. (Max) You started potty training. (You are stubborn little man, stubborn) You are so polite. Please and Thank You. Sometimes when I ask you to say it nicely, you look at me and smile as you say, "juice...nicely mama". You are sleeping in a big boy bed. You still love your "bankies" and will only sleep if you have one of them.  Some morning you will wake up really early and crawl into bed with us. Most of the time you are so quiet it isn't until one of us rolls over and realizes you were sleeping on our legs. You started to say goodnight, sweet dreams and our absolute favorite I love you. Your speaking in complete sentences and FULL thoughts! It amazes us how smart you are. You pick up on so much. Most of the time you dad and I have to question where you learned something from. (good and bad) You got your first bike. You love to go ride your bike and are getting better and better at peddling. Sometimes you come up to us and wrap your arms around our legs and with the sweeties voice you say "thank you". Sometimes you thank us for making you dinner, taking you to play, getting you juice and everything else that we may do for you. You love talking on the phone. When you daddy is studying, you like to grab a pencil or crayon a piece of paper and sit right next to him to do your "home work". It cracks us up when you walk up to us and tell us your busy and go back to doing whatever you were before. You love going to church and getting to learn about Jesus. I hope you never stop getting excited to learn about our savior. You love to sing & dance. Your current favorite song is Lady Gaga, Poker face. Your dad is not as thrilled about this one as I am. You still love to copy me as I get ready. Putting makeup on, lotion on your legs and even doing your hair. You are such a tender child. You love to give loves to everyone and are so quick to say hi to anyone says hi back.
I don't have you physical stats. I know you are as tall as my hip and are just about to the counter. You have your check up on the 16th. :)
You will never fully grasp the love we have for you little man. Three years ago you changed our lives forever. You have taught me what it means to be selfless. You taught me how to love fully. You continue to teach my patience, kindness and gratitude. You are the reason we work so hard. You make it so hard to leave you every morning, but the hugs and kisses we get when we return remind us why we do it. We love you little man. Happy Birthday! We can't wait to see how much more you grow in the next year.

Love,
Mama & Dada
