I am thinking future missionary
Scott came over after work on Friday. I had left the house to stop by my old job, to pick up some things and show Bradley to a few people who have been begging to meet our little boy and then go pick up my younger sister Ashley from school. Bradley met my bosses and a few of the girls I worked with. Then I got a call from Scott...poor guy was sitting on my front porch. I forgot to leave a key for him...just in case I was not home when he got there. Well he was patient and waited a good hour or so for me to get back. We had a fun weekend...
I am in love with his facial expressions.
Friday was relaxed, we just hung out at home. Nothing to special. Saturday we took Bradley to Camp Pendleton so Scott could pick up some things he forgot and so he could take a few pictures of his car (he is trying to sell it now). Bradley did well on his first longish car ride...he loves the sound of the truck. I am thinking this is going to come in handy for road trips?!?!?! While we were there Bradley met two of Scott's friends...and then went right back to sleep. He apparently was exhausted after his long nap going up there, eating and being changed. hehe Takes a lot out of this little guy. Sunday...we went to church. Just sacrament meeting for now. I am not ready for the baby to be at church for the full three hours...maybe once he gets his shots I wont be so nervous about him being with so many people. We went out to dinner for the first time with the baby. He slept the entire time, with a few squeaks...but nothing out of the normal. He even had his first bath this week. Luckily he LOVES bath time! I honestly think he just loves being naked...he hates getting dressed. He loves bath time
We are still working on the sooth yourself to sleep thing. I hate hearing him cry. It is getting easier...he sleeps longer now. He slept for just over six hours the other night...it is not a consistant thing. For a little bit we were waiting until he was asleep before we put him in his bed. Now once he starts to get drowsy he goes down. I am trying to get him on more of a schedule duing the day to make the night time feedings easier. It is a slow process but, it is coming along.
