I use to run. A lot. In high school... When I played lacrosse. Then I graduated, started school, working, and then life happened.
I miss it. I have been looking at a good beginners running program. I figure it is better if I just start from the beginning.
I found couch to 5k. I know I have heard about it before, but haven't looked into it. It seems like a good program, something that is easy and gradually gets you to the running full time stage. Which I love about it.
Looking around I figured out there are a ton of different podcasts for the programs. Even iTunes has Apps for it.
So I want to know from you. Who does it? What method for podcasts/timing/intervals do you use? Is there a podcast you found that works great for you? Share it!
Thanks!

i've done it on & off for a few years now...have never gotten past week 3 or 4 because i've lost focus but when i have done it it's been great. i have the official app for my iphone and i love it because you can make a playlist and it will tell you when to run/walk. i am a non-runner & this program made it totally do-able. when i get my gumption up again i'm going to sign up for a 5k in the spring so i have something to work towards. but for now....
