Well Maybe not super special but freaking busy!
So first up I am leaving...on a jet plane...well maybe its a jet plane...it is a southwest plane, and I am headed back to sunny San Diego! Can't wait to feel that yummy San Diego sun on my Elmer's glue colored skin. (Thank goodness husband has that yummy olive complexion so our son would have some color)I want to be brown. Like pretty golden brown. But BROWN! Beach days are coming! (Big fan for super cheap beach toys for the monkey!) I also have not only a bridal shower for Katie love to prepare for but also her super classy with a little hint of trashy lingerie party.
Not to mention the husbands great return!
Obviously details are not set in stone yet...and as last time they change minute by minute. And I wont be posting details anytime soon. Probably until I actually go to base to pick up mr. sexy marine man.
I had a sign made for him. He said the day we dropped him off "Jess, No signs this time, Seriously" So of course I know that meant "baby, it would make me the happiest marine on the planet if you went and had a super cute and spunky sign made for me to be the center of attention when all my friends get off the bus and read whatever clever thing you come up with" So of course I listened and did exactly that. Although, I was lacking creativity and just borrowed and idea from another wife...I can't remember who or I would give credit. I figured it was ok since, we are stationed at Camp Pendleton and they are not. :) Once he sees it and all his dreams are realized I will post the sweetness that is the welcome home sign....
Can't believe a little over a year ago...I was adding glitter to signs welcoming him home from Iraq...and the monkey was in hotel uterus. CRAZY how much can happen in a year...
Oh and to top this great month, husband I will be finally moving into our own freakin' place! THANK GOODNESS!
Since well forever we have lived with my parents and then I lived with his on this deployment. Since it never made sense to get our own place when he was only home barely 7 months before he deployed again...
But obviously I am super excited about this. For many reasons.
