The baby...

So here is the update on the baby...or the first post on the baby. At first the doctor told me it was going to be a beautiful baby girl. I was excited, as was all of our family. Picking out cute dresses, and thinking about all the fun PINK things I could buy. We started to think of names. This was the hardest part. Naming girls is very difficult, we both kept thinking of girls we knew and making sure that if our little girl was to share their name...were they a good example...hehe silly I know.
This is about 18 weeks.
Well two months down the line, at my 7 month appointment...the doctor decided to do another ultrasound. No problem. I am rather small, so this was all normal for me. Dr. Livingston (who just happens to be LDS) is an amazing doctor and wanted to check the size of our little one. Well as I am laying on the table, with that annoyingly cold gel on my belly, I hear the doctor say "And there we have the little BOY" my mother immediately responds with no it is a girl. Dr. Livingston then points out that in fact our "little girl" was actually a little boy! Oh goodness!
Five months...
With the first ultrasound, it was rather difficult to get a good image of the baby, especially to determine the gender. But this picture was very clear...and the doctor even gave me a guarantee...but I guess we wont know for sure until he decided to make his arrival...hopefully not to far from his due date. But baby boy is healthy and developing well.
Six months...
Now comes the fun part...naming a boy. Which Scott and I both agree seems to be so much easier. Nothing is official yet but...Bradley Robert Minson is my favorite so far.

Just a few more weeks to go...

7 Months and counting...
